Established in March 2023, Delight Global Tech Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based integrated technology and engineering company dedicated to combining professional engineering expertise, artificial intelligence (AI), and biotechnology. Building upon its engineering design and construction services, the Company is actively exploring opportunities in intelligent aquaculture, water treatment, and sustainable agricultural technologies, with the aim of developing more efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions for future food production.
The Company’s management team brings together multidisciplinary expertise, including a Senior Chemical Engineer, a Building Engineer, and an AI Biotechnology Engineer. This combination of professional knowledge in chemical and water treatment technologies, building engineering, intelligent systems, and biotechnology provides a strong foundation for integrating engineering design, facility development, intelligent monitoring, and biotechnology research.
In its engineering business, the Company provides engineering design, interior design, renovation and construction, and related project management services. It is also exploring the application of automation, water resource management, and energy-efficient technologies in modern facility development.
Looking ahead, Delight Global Tech intends to accelerate its investment in AI-powered aquaponics and indoor recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). Its planned research initiatives include intelligent water quality monitoring, automated precision feeding, microbial management, and advanced feed formulation, with the objective of improving fish survival rates, growth efficiency, food safety, and vegetable quality.
The Company is currently identifying suitable land in Hong Kong for its first intelligent aquaponics project. The proposed facility will incorporate fully enclosed indoor fish farming, a separate multi-tier vegetable cultivation area, and recirculating water treatment systems. The Company also plans to explore the integration of photovoltaic solar energy and energy-efficient temperature control technologies in support of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and sustainable development.
To strengthen its research capabilities, the Company intends to pursue collaborations with universities and research institutions in Mainland China, focusing on aquaculture, biotechnology, and food quality enhancement.
Delight Global Tech is targeting 2029 for the initial market introduction of its intelligently farmed products.
